Prices are strictly net and are subject to alteration without notice. VAT at the current rate will be added.

We will be happy to open credit accounts upon receipt of satisfactory Trade and Bank references. Settlement net monthly. Otherwise cash settlement is required on delivery of work.

Dark Side Photographic shall be entitled to sub-contract any service it agrees to perform for any customer.

Dark Side Photographic accepts no responsibility for error unless a written order is supplied at the time of commissioning.

Dark Side Photographic, their agents and sub-contractors will take every possible care of film and originals, but they are only accepted for processing, printing or copying on the understanding that our liablity is limited to replacement of the unexposed material. No other liablility will be accepted for any loss or damage to material, however caused.

By placing an order with Dark Side Photographic, clients have declared their right to reproduce all negatives, transparencies and other material supplied. Dark Side Photographic, their agents or sub-contractors accept no liability for the violation of any copyright. Clients accept full responsibility for any violation in any action brought by any party.
